The Account Services website puts the control of your accounts into your hands. You can register via an automated process, and have access to your account(s) within minutes.
Who can register?
Existing GM South Africa Financial Services customers can register on the site and make use of all functionality for free.
To register you will require your ID/Passport number, as well as your GMSA Financial Services Customer and Account numbers. Both of which can be found on your account statement.
What does the website offer?
The functionality available on the site is divided into two components: real-time access to your accounts, as well as service and update requests that will be actioned by our Customer Service Centre.
